Terms of service

Last updated

Draft — pending legal review. These terms describe how we intend the service to work during the beta; the final, binding terms will be confirmed by counsel before general availability.

Using flock-forge

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. flock-forge is offered to churches and the people who run them. If you are using it on behalf of a church, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Accounts and eligibility

Staff and owner accounts are for adults. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity under your account. Children participate only through profiles an adult creates and supervises, as described in our privacy notice.

Your content

The content your church creates — announcements, sermons, pages, and game material — stays yours. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

Use flock-forge lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security or tenant isolation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to harm children. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.

Beta service

flock-forge is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free during this period.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, flock-forge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law. Counsel will finalize this section.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product matures; we will post the revised version here with a new date. Questions? Email [email protected].
